Troy Thurgood, founding partner of Paladin Partners, presently serves on the Madison County Planning and Zoning Commission and was heavily involved in the process of developing the ordinance and process. Madison County was the first county to build this process in the state of Idaho. Troy brings vast experience with government regulations, applications and representation to boards. His background is in accounting, compliance services and entrepreneurship.
